Trip Fits Terms of Service
These terms cover the public Trip Fits website, its fictional demonstration, the optional travel survey and the early-access waitlist.
1. Who we are
Trip Fits is operated by Talarico Advisors, Inc. ("Trip Fits", "we", "us"). These terms govern the public Trip Fits website, the fictional demonstration, the optional travel survey and the early-access waitlist. By joining the waitlist you agree to them.
2. Eligibility
The waitlist is for adults aged 18 or older. When you join, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not ask for your date of birth or identity documents, and this confirmation is a declaration, not a verified age check.
3. What the website offers
The website describes Trip Fits and offers a demonstration that uses fictional travelers, wardrobes, trips, outfits and packing lists. Demonstration changes stay in your current page and are discarded when you refresh or leave. The demonstration does not create an account, analyse live weather, share plans or sell products; any merchandise shown is illustrative.
4. Private accounts
Saved Trip Fits accounts are not offered through this public website. Signing in or joining the waitlist does not grant access to saved trips or wardrobes. Any existing private beta account is not expanded by these terms, and access to saved accounts remains by separate invitation only.
5. The waitlist
Joining records your request for early access. It does not guarantee an invitation, an invitation date or access to any feature. We will email you only about your request (such as an invitation when access opens) and essential notices. Promotional email is optional, separate and off unless you tick its box; withdrawing it does not remove you from the waitlist. No automated promotional emails are currently sent.
6. Children and family scenarios
Family scenarios in the demonstration are fictional. Do not enter real children's names, photos, birthdates or other identifying information anywhere on the website.
7. Acceptable use
Do not break the law, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, probe, overload or bypass security checks, or submit automated or false registrations.
8. Planning aids, not advice
Packing and outfit examples are illustrative planning aids. Check destination requirements, weather, airline baggage rules and your own needs independently.
9. Disclaimers and liability
The website and demonstration are provided free of charge, as they are, during an early stage of development, and may change, pause or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the demonstration. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any right or remedy you have that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including under applicable consumer-protection law, and these terms set no fixed monetary cap on our liability.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without removing any mandatory protection given to you by the law of the place where you live. If you have a concern, please contact us first at hello@tripfitsapp.com so we can try to resolve it informally. These terms do not require arbitration and do not waive your right to take part in a class or representative action.
11. Changes and contact
