Trip Fits Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

Talarico Advisors, Inc. operates Trip Fits and oversees how waitlist information is handled. Privacy requests: privacy@tripfitsapp.com. General questions: hello@tripfitsapp.com.

2. The demonstration

The demonstration uses fictional sample data. Anything you change stays in your current page and is discarded when you refresh or leave; it is not sent to us or saved. Please do not enter real children's or other personal information.

3. What we collect when you join the waitlist

• Your email address and which signup form you used.
• A record that you joined for early access, and a record of the one required checkbox (unticked until you tick it) with which you confirm you are 18 or older, accept the Terms of Service and acknowledge this Privacy Policy. Although you make one combined acknowledgment, we record these three declarations separately, each with the exact wording and document version shown and the time recorded.
• Whether you separately chose optional promotional email (unticked by default), with its wording, version and time.
• Campaign tags from the link that brought you, if any, and your approximate country from our network provider. Trip Fits does not store your IP address in its database; our hosting and security providers receive it when delivering the website and running the security check.
• To help prevent spam and abuse, we may temporarily retain a one-way cryptographic value derived from your email address. We review this information under our retention policy and delete it when no longer needed.
• If you take the optional travel survey, your answers. Every question is optional.

We do not collect your date of birth or identity documents.

4. Private accounts

Saved accounts are not offered through this public website. If you already hold a private beta account, its saved information remains private to that account, and you can ask for a copy or deletion by emailing privacy@tripfitsapp.com.

5. How we use it

To manage your waitlist request and contact you about it; to send promotional email only if you opted in; to prevent spam and abuse; to keep records of the choices you made; and to understand what travelers want. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising. We do not use advertising pixels or cross-site tracking. The website fonts are served from our own site.

6. Service providers

These providers process information on our behalf:

• Lovable — hosts the website and stores waitlist, consent and optional survey information in its managed database.
• Cloudflare — runs the automated-signup check (Turnstile) on the waitlist form, which processes technical information about your browser and device, and supplies the approximate country used for registration.
• Google — provides sign-in for Trip Fits staff and existing private beta account holders; public visitors are not asked to sign in.
• ImprovMX — forwards emails you send to our tripfitsapp.com addresses (such as privacy@ and hello@) to our team’s inbox.

We do not currently send email to the waitlist. An email-marketing provider (Brevo) has been prepared but is switched off, and no waitlist information is shared with it; we will update this policy before that changes.

7. Retention

We keep waitlist and survey information only as long as needed for the early-access program and the purposes above. We review it at least annually and again when the early-access program ends, and delete what is no longer needed. Records of your consent and withdrawal choices may be kept longer where needed to show what you agreed to or for legal, security or recordkeeping requirements. We do not promise specific deadlines for removal from provider backups.

8. Your choices and rights

You can withdraw optional promotional consent at any time without leaving the waitlist. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or to be removed from the waitlist, by emailing privacy@tripfitsapp.com from the address you registered. We verify requests manually using only the information needed — we do not ask for identity documents by default — and respond within the time required by applicable law. Some records may be kept where the law or security requires.

9. Children

The waitlist is for adults 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information; if you believe we have, contact privacy@tripfitsapp.com.

10. Changes

We will update this page and its effective date when our practices change. Acknowledgement of an earlier version is not treated as acknowledgement of a later one.
